New Name Options

Following a period of prayerful discernment, the two options for our new name are:

Holy Trinity Anglican Church Lethbridge

Christ the Redeemer Anglican Church Lethbridge

These names reflect the discernment and responses of the congregation. As an encouraging note, these names came entirely from congregational submissions (not from the Parish Council, Clergy, or Staff) which we think is beautiful!  Thank you for your participation in this process.

The two names were submitted to the Parish Council by the Naming Committee. The name options have been discussed and approved by the Parish Council to move forward to a vote.  The chair of the Naming Committee, James Syratt, will bring a full report at the AGM.

We ask that you be in prayer for our new name, and ask the Lord's wisdom and guidance as you prepare to vote.  

The vote will be by ballot at the AGM on Sunday, Nov 5th, at 6 p.m.
