  covenant and to living their lives in service to God.  Confirmation is t
 he liturgical and sacramental expression of this confession and commitment
 .  The person being confirmed then receives the laying on of hands with p
 rayer for daily increase in the Holy Spirit\, strength for life in this wo
 rld\, and a release of the believer to minister in the grace of God in the
